Mobile Homes and Manufactured Housing

Considerations when buying a manufactured home include:

Special requirements apply to mobile homes and manufactured housing
We do DMV title checks when we are advised that a home is manufactured housing to ensure homes are properly titled and clear of liens
Manufactured homes may need to have a cancellation of titles to real estate
Whether covenants permit the placement of a manufactured home
Whether a manufactured home should be titled
